Thanks. I took it out on the living floor and it took off with less than half throttle on a 3s 3,000 mah lipo. But I did notice some slight wobble on the up and down. P gain is 65 (default) and I gain 30 ( half). It was not too noticeable to be flyable, but I like a smooth flight. I have room to throw a 15 inch on here without hitting the studs. My weight will always be less than carbon fiber. That will be a sacrifice to make for looks. I have to admit it is addicting. What would you suggest to dial it down too. Would you mess with the p gain first then attempt I gain?
But I may have to shelve any more development, I just found out that after January with the oil prices hitting 30 a barrel, that my company will have to shut down. Me and my wife are actively looking for new work and a place to live after we sell off our land and house. I will just have to make sure when I buy again that I have a big enough garage to put a workshop in.

Depends, if you want to start over and tune it I'd set I gain to 0 and adjust P gain, then work on I gain. if you want to tune the wobble out I'd say it is probably P gain.

Turn it off then on, and take off, if you notice thw wobble and it does not change too much over time then it is P gain, probably a little too high. If it gets worse over time then it is I gain being too high. if it starts to drift and acts a bit slow and gets worse over time then I gain is too low. if it is too sloppy immediately after turning it on P gain is too low.

With that said it sounds like P gain is a tad high.
