Bought my first brushless gimbal and need a power source for it. My FPV is powered from the balance plug and there are leads from the main board going to the BEC. I dont want to desolder the battery leads and the BEC leads from the main board and then resolder them with another set of power leads. That leaves me 2 options, solder the gimbal power leads to the battery connector or strip back and solder them onto the leads going to the BEC. Any one have better ideas? From now on I will always solder in extra power leads when I do a build for future unplanned add ons. Leaning towards just jumping onto the BEC power leads. I wish these boards had extra points to solder on additional leads. I hate trying to solder more than one wire to a single point. Especially those big fat battery leads. Thats where I had a cold solder joint and lost power to my BEC which caused a pretty bad crash.
