Stop posting in wrong threads

I've seen since i started being an member of this forum people are posting stuff in wrong threads, so can you guys that are admins tell people to stop posting in wrong threads and/or move them to the right place also? Would be great!

4. Some people just don't know where something should go( and this is not stack exchange)
