Syma X1 is my 1st quad. After playing with this thing for less than a week I'm hooked. I'll move up to a mid- to high-end quad/GoPro after practicing for about 50 years.
*** I'll stay with quads only. No Planes, Trains, or Automobiles. ***
The TX controller that came with it has limited range so I just got a Fly Sky FS-T6 for $50 but it has bells and whistles for planes that I don't need. I think I should return it but I don't know if this is what I should do.
Can I get some recommendations for:
1. Models for my next move up to a more stable and heavier and GoPro-able quad. Mid-price range is okay.
2. If I intend to stay with quads only will I need 6-channel TX controller like the FS-T6 that I just got?
3. Quality TX controller that will work with my new upgrade (when I get it) and also with my Syma X1 that I am currently learning with?
4. Add-ons for the better unit?
5. Good Quad User Group in Fort Worth, Texxizz.
I really appreciate your help.
