Presently I have a Monoprice Select Mini V2.
I am looking for an "upgrade", mainly a much larger build platform than the tiny 120mm x 120mm MP Select Mini.
What do you think about the following ?
Mind you, I'm in Canada. We pay more on everything than the Southern border.
Also, I do not want DIY models. Not brave enough to assemble electronic parts by myself.
The Ender 3 is basically the most popular budget 3d printer on the market. Easy to use and although it doesn't come fully assembled (very few do), it only takes an hour to bolt together. Note that the Ender 3 also comes in the Pro and 3X version, here's a great article on the differences and why the original Ender 3 is still the best bang for the buck
Yah think more time plugging in the motors etc. than in actually screwing things together. Think adding a bed leveling sensor is worth while and believe the ender has a bracket on the extruder that makes it pretty straight-forward to add as well (bigger the bed gets and more of it you use the more leveling or lack of perfect level becomes a problem)
