It sounds frustrating to run into an error with your RC Logger Navigator, especially when there isn’t much troubleshooting information available. The "ERR1.0" message on the transmitter likely indicates a system or calibration error, but without official documentation, it’s hard to say exactly what’s causing it.
One thing to check is the battery. Make sure both the drone and transmitter batteries are fully charged and functioning properly, as a low battery can sometimes trigger errors or prevent calibration. If the battery isn’t the issue, try rebinding the transmitter to the drone. Sometimes, the connection between the two can be lost or interrupted, and resetting it might resolve the problem.
Another step worth trying is performing a factory reset on the transmitter, if that option is available. Some models have a reset function that can clear errors and restore default settings. Also, inspect the drone for any visible damage, loose wires, or sensor obstructions that could be interfering with calibration.
Since you haven’t been able to reach the place where you bought it or the manufacturer, you might have better luck checking RC forums or Facebook groups where other RC Logger users gather. There’s a good chance someone else has run into the same problem and may have a solution. If nothing else works, you might need to look for a replacement transmitter or seek help from an RC repair specialist. Hopefully, one of these steps helps get your drone back in the air!
