rc heli to rc quad

Hey guys..i am new to this arena..
I am planning of taking 4 coreless motors and attach them to a miniquad frame. I will use a helicopter transmitter receiver...co axial helicopter has 2 motors ..so in that transmitter i am planning of connecting 4 motors instead of 2..in coaxial heli...there is change in speed of 2 motors for turn and all..so same will happen in quadcopter ,that is ,2 and 2 motors speed variation..
Will this work???...

I don't see any way possible for this to work as you have mentioned as a multirotor needs a computer with sensors making stabilization decisions just to get 5 inches off the ground. This usually comes in the form of a microcontroller with a AMU that has both a Gyro and accelerometer. A helicopter is far more stable by designs and requires no such piece of hardware so you won't have this with your setup more than likely. Also to fly a stabilized multi copter you require a minimum of 4 channels just for roll, pitch, yaw and throttle inputs that are going to be mixed and interpreted by the flight controller.

You might actually be better off buying something like a Syma or there are even lower budget quads that would certainly turn out better than you could expect this build to even if stabilization problems were addressed. I'd just go on amazon and brows through a bunch of different models that are within your budget and then you could lay out the top 5 that caught your eye on this thread. We'd be able to provide you a lot more help this way.
