Quick question about lipo charging

So I just finished my first mini quad build the other day, the last components came in the mail today..a couple makerfire 4s 30C 1600 mah batteries and cheap balance charger. Does anyone know what the voltage should read when it's fully charged? Stupid question I know, what can I say I'm bran new. Thanks in advance

Hi mate most lipos work out about 4.20 volts per cell charged so as its 4 cell i would like to see 16.80 volts or 17 volts if its a really good lipo , dont forget when you charge use C1 which is 1.6 amps and dont go lower than 3.2 volts per cell when flying or the lipo will get damaged

4S = 4 batterries X 4.2V = ~16.8V.

Now I just have to figure out how to tune the thing. Some would call me a little old fashioned, not exactly "technologically savvy" if you know what I mean. Most of my friends and family are amazed that I even found my way into to the world of quad copters. I'm dying to get this thing in the air, tomorrow is going to be a perfect day for flying too.

Hi mate second what Jackson said , not knowing what the spec is of your build most do fly on default settings ,what your looking for is if you snap the cyclic say left and right fast as you centre the stick the quad should not wobble it should snap to a stop if it does not and does wobble lower the P gain on the axis then do the same for front and back movement the gains normally match between the axis this should get it flying well
Slow wobble is P gain
Faster wobble is I gain ( if it really fast your hear it in the motors too)

When a 1S Lipo battery fully charged, its voltage is 4.2V, your battery is a 4S Lipo battery, So When 4S Lipo battery fully charged, its voltage is 4*4.2V=16.8V. But not every battery is not like this, especial those bad batteries.

Thanks for the help everyone. I figured out the tuning issues. I bought rtf fpv quad but the RX receiver was wired incorrectly, then apparently the manufacturer had turned the flight controller 90 degrees but didn't compensate for it by telling the F/C that it had been turned.
