Problems with kk.2.1.5 board (broken?)

Yes, that has a lot of an effect, but is by far the most costly to redo.

• I'm using the props that came with the motors'

I don't know the weight exactly, but I the weight of all the parts add up to about 840g

You should be fine then, check battery voltages, this is a pretty standard setup, usually aronuf 15 minute flight times.
