Problem/Doubt with my first quadcopter

Hello Guys :). I'm building my first quadcopter, i've some problems but i solved, atm one problem is taking my sleep , it's my Front Right Motor/Esc, when the others motors are in high rotation, it's at extreme low rotation or no rotation and the Rear Left is a little diferent rotation

My Quadcopter:

Board: Crius Se 2.5 RUnning: Multiwii 2.4
Esc Hobbywing Flyfun 30a
Receiver: Fly Sky Fs-R9B
Control: Fly Sky FS TH9X

All esc, are calibrabrated with esc card: HobbyWing HW-BQ2006
My controll endpoints are all at 120%, Type selected: Heli |Modulat: PPM

Hey, 'im looking in the Multiwii GUi Panel:

throttle min: 1004
throttle max: 1957
throttle e.point up: 120%
throttle e.point dn: 120%

At Arduino config:

#define MINTHROTTLE 1150 // (*) (**)
#define MAXTHROTTLE 1850
#define MINCOMMAND 1000

I did the calibration manually, but they are in different rotation, and when my throtle are at "0" my rear still spinning but in slow velocity

Well I'm just fishing here, but this looks odd.

The roll, pitch and yaw are not centered in neutral? Wouldn't that lead to the motors different velocity?

Oh, Please tell me which are the neutral values, so i can set it on the control with the fine adjustment

And.....Jackson, do you have Whatsapp/Telegram/Skype which you can tell me to ask some questions?

@Edit; I tried, and i not that motor only wakeup when i put my yaw at right, like i'm arming it

If you not understand: My others motors are active and that isnt but when i mvoe the yaw stick to the right it activate the motor, but when i levae the stick it deactivate in my control the type of multirotor is definied with heli, in some videos, the people told me to put Acro, which is correct? OBs: My control is a Flysky TH9x, the generic of Turnigy

I would put it on Acro Mode?

Get it out of HELI you've probably got some weird mixing going. It needs to be in plane/airplane/fixed wing whatever get's you an airplane icon. My FS says airplane/glider.

I did a test flight, i noted some things:

My front motors/propellers works normal, but in extremely high rotation with low throtle
My rear motors/propellers dont activate, exceptly when i move my rightstick (yaw and pitch)
When i put my throttle in idle mode, one propeller still spinning until i disarm

Do have the your RX plugged into the FC properly? 1234 on FS = AETR. From your pic it looks like TAER.

I think he means the order of wires going from your receiver to your flight controller. If that's not right all you have is a lawnmower.
