Hi, Any power distribution board with a 5v out will work. Most FCs require 5v power.
It's possible your current FC is powered from a BEC output from one of the ESC's in which case your PDB may not have any 5v pads, and is just a basic PDB for the ESC's.
Get a PDB that is the same size as your flight controller's mounting holes. If you plan to stack them. The most common mounting hole size is
30.5mm x 30.5mm
If you are planning to do FPV then a PDB with a 12v and 5v output is what you want, the 12v and 5v pad are to power the FC, camera, transmitter + leds.
These Matek PDB's are popular, the pads are laid out well.

Naze32 ,CC3D boards and Openpilot software are past their prime. They still work fine but things have improved in terms of reliability, processing chips, gyro's, features, etc.
Most people these days are using F3, F4 (mainly) and F7 boards with Betaflight, Cleanflight and Raceflight software (latter is closed source, others are open source). If you want to add gps to your quad and fly waypoints then INAV software is designed for that, and can be flashed to F3,F4,F7 boards.
Research those boards above to bring yourself up to date. If you have the option theres not much point investing in a CC3D as its obsolete.
