Hello, this is the first time I'm building a drone and of course, as a newbie I'm very confused with what parts I should get. I want to build an autonomous quadcopter which uses iNav so I can shoot photos/videos using a preprogrammed GPS flight path. So far, I haven't got much but these are the specs for some of the parts I need to order.
Frame (£10): SODIAL(R) 4-axis 450 F Frame HJ 450 4-axis 450 F Frame Airframe Flame Wheel Strong Smooth KK MK MWC Quadcopter Red+White+Black: Amazon.co.uk: Toys & Games
Flight Controller (£30): Matek 405-CTR AIO or Matek F722-SE AIO
ESCs (£20): HobbyPower 30A SimonK (ideally I'd use BLHeli but I can't find any for a low price)(<£30)
Motors (£25): Racerstar 2212 980kV 2-4s
I still need to find:
-4 LED strips (do I need an LED controller for this or can I use them without one???)
-An accurate GPS which is compatible with iNav)
-A receiver and transmitter
-3s (or 4s I'm not sure which would work better) LiPo
-and a LiPo charger
-Camera
(And maybe a video transmitter - I'm not sure if that's an essential)
I would be really grateful if anyone gives me advice or suggestions about which parts I should get and I'm open to any suggestions about the frame, motor, flight controller and ESCs as well. Please let me know if I'm missing any essential parts on my to-find list. I'm also trying to do this on a budget, hopefully under £180. I also don't mind waiting for parts so I'm okay to import parts from elsewhere if it's cheaper. Thank you.
