P I D made easy

    Hi guys Bruce is doing some video's on P I D ,so it easy to understand what is going on here is the first of few to come

    Thank. Great intro to PID's, he makes it quite easy to understand. In fact, I'm going to be able to put this to use today, as I have a problem where I added altitude hold to my 1st aux channel yesterday. ZMR will hold position but it will drop about a foot, then motors kick in and it goes about a foot too high, motors stop and it drops. So what I'm getting is steady quick up and down. After watching this, my thoughts are that firstly the P is too high as it's over-reacting and 2ndly, the D is too low as it's not correcting the problem quick enough. Still haven't grasped the concept of where the I fits in to this equation though Haha

    Hi the I gain if to high gives you a slow isolation ,but in the loop remembers what it had to do to to keep control in junction with p and d.

    Hi, been away for a while playing Bob The builder! Kidz!! Dad can you....
    Anyway, had the toys and been blowing the dust of a couple of them..also gone back to youTube fir a refresher course. Brian is painless?? I am sure some of those who reply/comment were using "Lee" or have I really lost the plot!

    Hello, I'm having trouble... I have an Eachine 250 and have had it for about 6 months, I recently purchased the Eachine Assassin 280 racer, my problem is...Cleanflight does not see my FC Naze 32 and I have no idea what to put in the port box in cleanflight?? I am pretty sure this is the problem? But when I click connect it keeps saying failed to connect, and I haven't put anything in the port box so I figure that's the problem and I've watched the video you posted by painless 360 and get it, but he never mentions what to put in the port box in cleanflight. Also the configure wire that goes in the serial I guess port of the board that your suppose to have plugged in when configuring and I do and tried it both directions, for, one video I watched he puts it in upside down looks to me like? In the video the wire at the very end of the plug is on the left end of the connection and at the right end it's in the second to last hole. Well by the looks of the plug it goes in the other way for the little notches in the plug holder and the protruding rails if I may call them that on the plug look like they line up the opposite way than that, and tried both ways HELP PEASE any help to configure this thing the ARF version with the flysky i6 radio and the i6AB or whatever version not the regular i6A but the one with the B on it also. I drastically need help in getting cleanflight to see my FC and utilize the app so that I may configure my transmitter and copter and fly!!! The receiver is bound it did that just fine as I did the new radio to the 250 racer also. Any help would greatly be apreciated!!??

    You probably sussed this out by now but did you flash the latest firmware to the board so it can then talk to cleanflight.

    I have seen this guy's videos before and they are great. Unfortunately, from what I have discovered, I don't think there is any easy way to calibrate and Alexmos gimbal. I watched hours of videos on this and spent hours trying to get the pitch right. I got it close but it is not perfect. The yaw and roll were very easy, but not the pitch. I was starting to go insane so i settled for good enough.
