I know the forum has a be nice to dealers attitude which I respect - so if this thread is out of order... i accept it will be dealt with in an appropriate way.
My opinion - formed after the way I was/am being treated by a EveryBuying - a Chinese online store is such that I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near them.
To be fair and honest... I have a number of orders placed with BangGood and I have no complaint and only praise for them. Cancellation be and them and my money went straight back to PayPal without argument or delay. Is this the luck of the draw?? had I purchased the Syma X8W and it had been a good working quad - my whole quadcoptering path would be changed!
My Syma Saga with EverBuying is still an active thread... and my battle with EverBuying is slowing down.... still waiting a set of motors with the last of their refund money... so hopefully they will be good quality and functional... any bets??
My PP account shows my payments were made to "Hassan". Duirng my negotiations with EB for refunds... I suggested that I would use the refund IF they sent me a new Devo 10 and any difference beyond the refund.. they could send me a PP invoice. They did and it was posted bu..."Hassan". I cancelled it.
I then started ordering parst for a 450 frame build.
On the first items was a 4500MaH Lipo battery.. I order from eBay and a store in Sydney - not messing about with China and delays etc,.! PP receipt came - I glanced at the changes and never noticed the recipient.
I noticed that on YouTube .. most of the reviewers seem to use a spare battery of much lower power than on used " in the field" for some serious flying, so I went back to the same store using my iPad while watching TV in the late evening!!
Ping... opened emails - PP reciept for the battery from Sydney. Due 19th November 2015.
The recipient was.... Hassan - EverBuying.net.
Opene d teh eBay app... sent a message to seller.. CANCEL this order. within minutes back came
"your item is shipped".. 10.30 pm with Ozpost!!
Yesterday was the 19th - no deliveries from any seller- EB or BG or Foxtech! Postman likely skulke d off for the day!
So now its employ eBay for a none delivery - has anybody ever managed to escape the loop ebay send you on?? It beat me so I "contacted seller" to advise they failed to meet their delivery schedule and therefore I request a full refund. I added that the tracking is useless and shows only that OzPost have documents - no indication where the goods are. I advised that I would report the item as being false information and NOT located in Sydney and that EverBuying is a Chinese online store in ShenZen China!
They did not reply to three message - basically to advise I was not a home today and therefore not able to receive any deliveries. I also reminded "Hassan" that his company staff had once told me to " go to post office to check for not delivered items" and becaue Oz Post employ "man with a van" contractors - there could be four post offices to be checked IF no card was left - and none was!
Fact - it did take me 1 hours and 15 minutes one day to do the shortest circle to each post office. One being in a shopping mall and need a long walk from the car park! Aussie driving is best calculated in hours between start and finish rather than Miles per hour /Distance.
So I wrote that as they failed to meet delivery they set... IF the parcel was to be collected - because they did not accept my cancellation and reason for doing so.... I would not collect it and after 20 days it would be returned to sender at their cost. 9 ties out of 10, contract posties do not leave cards to notify where to collect. They don't give a monkeys and just walk away - it takes time to write a card and many have trouble spelling their own name. ( although there are some very nice ones also) without the card.. as I said.. it could be at any of 4 post offices.
Today I got a reply: Asking why I don't trust them and the delivery was from Sydney.
I replied that - I don't trust Hassan because... and related a much abridged version of the Syma Saga and the still outstanding items. I said despite pathetic offers of refunds I decided I am tired of the games they play and just took $45 - which means that Hassan sent me two defective items - that he did not even ask to be returned to China and In all he took over us$145 from my PP account and now has us$100 and I have nothing that works... so tell me .. why should I trust him again?
If I read what they correct... they want to "make full refund when you receive the item and tell us."
Now in the big wide world .. what were/are the odds on a disgruntled buyer - using eBay to end up dealing with a company/store/seller who took delight in robbing me and literally 1000s of others - but hopefully in a better situation to get a result???
Or am i being unfair to Hassan??????
