No idea where to go now...

Ok so this is my first FPV build here... I have a hubsan x4. Love it... Hooked... Need more...
I want the fpv now with ability to fly for 10-15 minutes or more on a single charge. Plan on having two batteries. So I can fly more.

This is what I have now...

I plan on building this over the next several months as money comes available... I prefer to do this right the first time... I assume this is going to a grand or more?

Anyways I have no idea what motors I need. Is there counter clockwise and clockwise motors?

I see some people have gps antennas what are those for?

Most motors are on bigger quads are both CW and CCW, and you change them by the way they are connected to the ESCs. Many of the smaller motors for toy sized quads are either CW or CCW. First choose your Props, then motors. The frame should have a recommended prop size.

Hi mate keep the quad as light as poss this helps flight times find the frame then this tells you what motor props are needed
If you go for the Naza M+GPS its the same as in the dji phantom ,this will give you course lock, return home mode, return and land on the failsafe
position hold, height hold , its not cheap but well proven and tested

A lot of people use a CC3D for little quads. You can build a frame out of aluminium, if you have a CNC mil all the better. What transmitter are you looking to get? I personally think that the is worth the price, though holtneil is more suited to answer that.

Hi mate I do like the naza m ,I got my wife a phantom and the naza m is very very good FCB , Yes there are cheaper but are they as good as easy to set up the naza assist for the pc make its so simple life time updates too
As for transmitters it personal taste , the bigger brands have the signal range , some of the cheaper lack this , so what you need to work out is 4 channels min then how much extras do I want to turn on and off ,then your need a transmitter that you can assign the channels to switches
I like spektrum I started with the DX6i good starter but only 6 channels ( only one spare ) I now have the DX9 omg its so good so easy to set up but not cheap at £300 but the prices are coming down I have seen them at £280
If your going FPV dont worry as this is self running its a system all on its own
As for frames you can use any thing you like just keep it light it will fly better
