If you never fly a drone before, my answer is ....... No, not a good choice.
Reason:
That drone has 4 powerful brushless motors and NO propeller guards. An impact with a tree, wall or anything, you may break the propellers, or the motors, or may be the entire drone body.
You may have a deep pocket. Even so, the drone is too expensive for a "brand new beginner."
Find something that comes with propeller guards and cheap. It won't hurt your bank account when you crash it.
Believe me, we ALL had crashed a few drones when we learnt the skill. That is unavoidable. That is part of the learning curve.
Sorry, I don't make recommendations because I don't want to be blamed if you run into issues flying the drone.
