Need help on quad

Hi Guys
I need help.
I am struggling alot with my first build.
I am using a naza m v2 and I am having problems to takeoff.
Its like the flight controller is no not doing its work.
It clearly pitches to one side and does not correct.

My quad pitches so bad it just brakes the props.
I have verified the esc's
Changed out motors.
Checked rotation directions
Checked prop direction types.
I have recalibrated the IMU to zero offsets and to calibrate.
I have calibrated compass.
I am at the moment considering getting another flight controller.
I have increased gain. And it made it worse.

Please advise with inputs from experience.

Hi DJI are normally spot on check how the naza is mounted is it the right way round and set up for quad x or + frame

HI,

Can this be from the speed contollers?
Is it worth trying traditional PWM between reciever and Flight controller instead of Sbus ?

USing Hobbywing x-rotor opto 40A

Reset my model on the radio.
Still no luck.
Recal all speed controllers.
Changed all timing to intermediate on hobbywing x rotor still no luck.

The quad pitches to the front on takeoff and then crashes.

Any recommendations?

It sounds like either FC mounting issue (getting too many vibrations into the FC causing bad data from accelerometer/gyros) or otherwise like IMU isn't working as intended but hard to say. If Naza/DJI offers some kind of blackbox logging that can help to see if it is seeing the quad as tilted initially and so trying to "correct" incorrectly or is otherwise seeing a lot of bobble in the IMU data. You can always swap around ESCs if they are individual to rule that out but my guess is just something with the FC itself so would need to do some more bench testing with props off to see what's happening and how it's reacting to being tilted by hand (again with props off) etc.

Will a fc swap out be of any use?
FC mounted to carbon frame base plate with a cable tie with very about no movement

Actually strapped down too tight can be a problem too but usually results in the quad jerking around rather than tilting if there is any accelerometer or imu calibration you can do that may help but it generally shouldn't really need the compass or gps to just fly that said I really have no experience with naza so take it with a grain of salt just talking from lots of experience with betaflight FCs. Check out "soft mounting" though it is popular in betaflight community basically putting FC on rubber mounts on screws so the thing moves with the main motion of the quad but eliminates a lot of the jitter/vibrations from the motors.

Hi use gyro tape the one we use on RC Helicopters you should be able to get it off ebay but make sure its for Helicopters this will stop any vibration getting in to FC
