Hi so i want to start my new build and these are the parts i am looking to use but i would like your opinion on whether or not they will work together and if i am missing anything
frame- HobbyKing FPV250 quad copter frame $9.99 weighs 110 grams

motors-Multistar V2 2206-2150KV Motor The "Baby Beast" (V2) $14.99 each weigh 30 grams a piece

esc-Favourite Sky 3 Quattro 4 x 12A Brushless Quadcopter ESC 2-4S 1A BEC BLHeli $30.02 weighs 58 grams but only 35 grams without top and bottom plates which arent required

battery-MultiStar High Capacity 3S 3000mAh Multi-Rotor Lipo Pack $19.55 weight 195 grams

flight controller-HobbyKing™* KK-Mini Multi-Rotor Flight Control Board 36x36mm (30.5x30.5mm) $19.99 weighs 8.6 grams

props-Gemfan Glow In The Dark 5030x3 Propeller set CW/CCW Multirotor 2/PC per bag 5x3x3 $3.23 for a package of two weight 13 grams?

radio controller-Hobby King 2.4Ghz 6Ch Tx & Rx V2 (Mode 2) $25.10 not sure what the reciever weighs

camera mount-FPV Fiberglass Pan-Tilt Camera Mount L-Size $4.99 weight 10 grams

servos-Turnigy TG9e 9g / 1.5kg / 0.10sec Eco Micro Servo $2.34 each weigh 9 grams a piece

decided to get the camera and goggles all in one instead of separately-Quanum Complete FPV Bundle Set w/ Goggles, 5.8GHz 32ch Video TX & RX, CP Antennas and Camera (PNF) $99.99 not sure what the camera and transmitter weigh

all in all everything costs about $230 and weighs somewhere around 583 grams again please let me know your thoughts and if i am missing anything

As far as your transmitter you should move up to one with an LCD. As far as I can tell you will always have to be hooked up to a computer to make any changes. That said you will also need to get the cable, I think it's this one.

Looking at what they offer (and have in stock) maybe this one is decent without blowing your budget.

This guy sure seemed to be impressed by the build quality.

Do some real research on YouTube about how it actually performs. :)

sweet thanks. the reciever that comes with the controller goes on the quadcopter right?or do i need to get somthing separate to gon on the quadcopter?

awsome. do you forsee any issues with using one esc that goes to all four motors vs using a separate esc for each motor?

That will be impossible to fly. Every motor needs its own esc (electronic speed controller) to compensate for many various reasons why the flight controller various speeds on each motor individual. Even hovering would be impossible. Furthermore it wouldn't even work. If one motor is off timing by 1 degree of the rest, it will not be able to follow the voltage/current sinuses needed to rotate.

Cool. I didn't know those existed. Wish I have discovered them earlier. Should work fine according to the specs. But I'm no expert lol.

Edit: don't know for sure but I can't seem to find how it is connected to the flight controller. Either some kind op data communication or those color named pins bottom left. Furthermore the BEC current is 1 A. That wasn't enough to power my receiver. See my thread for the symptoms.

it looks like it will connect through the regular esc connectio ports on the flight controller. at least thats what it says. i guess ill just have to buy it and find out

Actually the Emax's modular version makes replacing easy.

Never seen the modular ones, sounds like a good idea, I was going to plan, solder, and etch my ESCs just for the fun factor, but I found that I did not want to need custom firmware. I still may do that and make my own "modular" ESCs haha. I'd just use the same chip as many other ESCs.
