Hi and welcome , kk is a good easy board to use and set up , the frame is also a good start i would not have it as it is in the main pic, the plates that stick out are for a camera to mount on so i would have them front and back and may be the 2 yellow are front so you can see what way your flying , get some blue lock tight for the screws so they dont fall out
the motors look like 1000kv my boy gets 15 mins out of a 450 quad with the same motors but bigger props
the 2.2 battery is ok but if you can afford go for a 3300 mah will give you longer flight time , as for the props they can snap in flight test quad first and if you get a good flight time on them and are happy then buy the same but in carbon fibre Gemfan do them and are really nice and it will fly much nicer on the carbon fibre blade ( dont mistake for carbon nylon reinforced) these chip very easy
the quad esc is good , i use single esc for each motor flashed with simonk code they work so smooth and make it easy to trouble shoot problems if you get any
as for transmitter its ok are you sure you want mode1 most people fly mode 2 which is left stick throttle and rudder ,right stick cyclic control
if it was me i would look at the orange transmitter ( spektrum clone )

I see they are on back order but are worth the wait a transmitter that is programmable is so much better and the quad will fly better for it too, its to do with how good the gimbals are, or look at a high spec one on the bay, second hand, the new DX6 and DX9 are out so there will be good dx6i ,second hand ones out there , and who knows you may get the bug for a heli later and that one you are looking at will not do it
Too add to the list
Lock tight ( blue ) dont use loads just a tiny bit on last threads of screw please dont use RED your never get it apart again
Servo leads ( this is so you can plug receiver to kk board) here is a link

Zip ties , now when i did mine i used the same colour as arms so you could not see them , you dont need loads ok the more you use the more weight you add to quad keep it light flys for longer and better
Battery strap and velcro
Now as you build it keep checking CG ( centre of gravity) keep it balanced the battery position will help , Now my boy had problems when quad was high up seeing front and back so i fitted two small strips of LEDs ,red and white this fixed the problem , i am not saying you have to be think about it can be done after but better to do as you build , they run off the main power leads
