Yes.
I estimated the thrust needed from each motor & prop to be about 2100 gr thrust. another issue is that the prop must be 11-12 inch or lower if possible.
the quad is not meant to be highly maneuverable or fast...

2200g per motor at ~60% throttle so a 7kg lift quadcopter 3230per motor@100% throttle
If you wish for something a bit cheaper then these should do 2100g@21 amps per motor.
In that case the first motors would obviously provide you with more power, and better efficiency if I'm not mistaken. You should be able to get some impressive flight times with them.Thank you very much, I will look into it.
The project is a proof of concept so budget is not an issue at the moment
