Ha ha. I was explaining as well I'd lost my job. I don't really smoke weed .
Once or twice a year and the drug testing ppl in the 12years I have been there have never been in just before Christmas.
Well they did.
Cut off is 50mg, mine was 180mg
The other 2 guys tested where 340 and
2000. I hated it anyway but it was on my doorstep 5-10min travel time.
No one has ever been sacked for a first offence, apparently at the last talk it was made clear it has changed.
By the manager who is an ex smackhead who buys weed off ppl in there everyday.
The company going back on agreement made with the unions.
I got an interview next week for another job. More money cleaner job so could be a blessing in disguise.
But anyway happy new year bud and all the best for 2019.
I thought I put it in general discussion, must be the drugs.
I even admitted to it before the test as I was not on the list, one of the HGV drivers bailed from the test and they wanted someone else's head.
I Ben tested before and all negative .
So I was picked. Funnily it was only ever our department that got tested.
