Hi there,
I recently switched from a Taranis Qx7 to a Jumper T-Pro.
I am struggling to connect the Jumper T-Pro controller to the computer. The USB-C to USB-C cable is fine (tested it with another device that the computer recognizes). I have no clue why it won't connect. When I use a USB-A to USB-C cable and plug it in I get an option on the controller to select USB Joystick or USB Storage, but the computer still doesn't recognize the device no matter which I choose.
Has anyone had any similar issue or know what the issue may be? Are there any settings to configure on the controller in order to get the computer to recognize it? I'm running Windows 11.
I would very much appreciate any help. Thank you!
