Is this price too much?

$440 seems like a very fair price for all that, even if a lot of the parts are lower end stuff. $220 for the other copter seems fair as well.
 
Not necessarily - if you think about it, their expertise and the labor they are putting into research, design, assembly, configuration, tuning, and testing adds a lot of value. If you factor all that in, the profit margin probably isn't that high. They're likely just getting paid back for their labor.
