Hi mate looks good has good feedback and reviews it may not be powerful enough to do lots of batteries at the same time but if your only doing single battery your be fine
It does say 200 watt but some makers up there spec so you will have to test it but if it will give you 200 watt you will be able to charge a pack of batteries at once with the right parallel board

Yes it can charge up to 8amps your battery if 5000mah C1 will need 5 amps to charge
