That is a slick little move, sort of makes me want to find a way to attach skis to my quad and bomb it down some hills (if only aerodynamic drag didn't exist...)

Hey Wafflejock! Not sure how old you are but when I was a kid (like 40 years ago) and I saw a patch of ice, the first thing I would do is take a run at it and sliiiiiide as far as I could go. Felt the same on this flight! LOL

Haha yah I'm 35, I'll still occasionally chance the run and slide on a patch of ice, but gotta find a way to inject a bit of fun in when it's below zero (and walking the doggo) 
. Good thing I have insurance. Just got an electric hand warmer and "turtle fur" neck warmer to bear the cold to get out and fly some more too.

nice flying but what is snow and ice? never seen it ice is for keeping beer cold that's all I know
