I need help | soldered motors 3 and 4 backwards

Hello everyone, I am building my first quadcopter and I messed up bad. I soldered motors 1 and 2 correctly but the motors I am using make me cross the wires on motors 3 and 4 but I did not do that.

I soldered the wires that were supposed to go to motor 4 on motor 3 and the same thing on motor 3 when it was supposed to go to motor 4

please help me I don’t know what to do

So you built your first quad. You soldered everything together. What's preventing you from unsoldering the 2 wires and resoldering them on their correct pads? Welcome to the forum BTW

Thank you for replying I didn’t think anyone would want to deal with a noob, but I cut the wires too short to be able to make them reach from the ESC to the motors.. I’ve read online about programming your ESCs to change direction on beta flight I was wondering if I could use that to correct my mistake.

On the plus side I tested my battery and all motors and other components have responded so that is good

You can add a small piece of wire and heatshrink to fix it. Just be sure you have a good solder job, and maybe a little more heatshrink than you think you'll need.

Yes, you can use BLHeli Suite to change direction but not what you're asking. But are you using individual ESC's or a 4-in-1? If it's a 4-in-1, sometimes it's much easier to switch the wires at the ESC than at the flight controller.
