Hubsan tx transmitter problem

I can't get my transmitter to stop flashing the trim settings.I have tried to factory default but it will only flash red,it is should flash green and red.Just get one of the trim setting to stop flashing.Can anyone help me
 
Have you tried some fresh batteries in the TX? Sometimes you can't trust the TX's battery status alert.

No,the batteries are fairly new,I was trying to get to the settings and I must of done something wrong.Their website doesn't help,and everything on YouTube doesn't help.There is a way to do the default but it doesn't work.i did hold left stick down and push in the stick and after I turn it on and it goes to screen with everything on it and then pushed in the right stick and a 9 is on the screen,I have no idea what that could mean.
