    Hi guys,

I got myself an ET125 BNF mini quad with AC900 receiver. Unfortunately the receiver won't bind to my Taranis. I have an EU LBT version of the taranis. I was neither aware of the EU/non-EU problems nor was I expecting a non-FrSky receiver.

I tried to flash non-EU firmware to the Taranis, but no cigar. Might be locked to EU. Not sure how to really confirm this. But it also didn't bind to a non-EU FrSky XM+ receiver, no matter what taranis firmware. When flashing FrSky XM+ to EU firmware I can bind. No problem.
So I assume I can either throw the AC900 into the dumpster and replace it with a FrSky receiver, or flash it with EU firmware... can I? If yes, how to flash it? Just treating it like an FrSky receiver doesn't work...

Any ideas how to flash an X-BOSS AC900? No answer from the vendor, yet.

EU LBT/FCC protocol should have nothing to do with flashing, it's just firmware. Unless you can figure out how to flash the AC900 receiver with FRSky firmware, then yes you're better off just replacing it. The XM+ is an excellent receiver and for a couple bucks more, the R-XSR has telemetry
