How to connect the Transmitter and Receiver to Quad? Please Help

Good Morning,

Im building my first quad and I am to the point where I have to buy and connect the transmitter and receiver, however I have no Idea as to which one to purchase. I also have no clue about the process oof how to connect everything up once I get it. I dont need a fancy R/C I heard good things about this one (http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__9042__Hobby_King_2_4Ghz_6Ch_Tx_Rx_V2_Mode_2_.html) and its right in my budget. Please can some one give me a tutorial on how I connect my quad to the R/C?? Thank you so much!

P.S Ive attached a photo of my Quad, Disregard the tape on the motors I was testing for spinning orientation.

Hi mate go for a higher end transmitter it needs to be programable look at the hobby king clone of the DX6I this is the link, why I sat this as you need to be able to set up 100% right and this only has flick switches to reverse channels thats all it can do , on set up of the FCB you need to be able to zero all inputs this can only be done on a radio that has sub trims

this on back order but you can use a spektrum receiver even a second hand one
as for wiring we use servo link leads one end plugs into the receiver the other end into the FCB inputs for the same channel as the receiver , elev to elev / rudder to rudder and so on ,
the leads come in different lengths here is the 10mm
