whats the difference between plastic and carbon fiber props?
carbon ones are just stronger (ie not braking in air or something) or there is also something else?
for the beginner like me is it actually good idea to use unbreakable props. i'd rather break props then damage motor
They are certainly not unbreakable and are bit expensive. CF props usually have to be balanced but the biggest benefit is that they don't flex as much as plastic and therefore don't vibrate as much. They are harder to break, and don't get stress points, but they can break without warning too if you crack them and don't know it. Use plastic while learning it is cheaper and you are not worrying about vibrations as much. If your using a 250 class just use plastic like ABS or better yet nylon. Look into Bullnose or 3 blade. 3 blade don't have as good a top speed but really feel locked in.
