In this function, transmitter receiver is disabled and enabled within DTC transfer turned on. Could you check if removing DTC drivers helps?

Can someone help me with my drone? I followed instructions online and its looks great, but the range of the throttle is too small and the motors won't arm, all they do is beep and twitch. Can someone help me? That would be great!
