Hello fine fpv'ers. I'm new to the fpv scene and I'm looking for a few intelligent resources to learn from. I own a few beginner quads but recently bought and Arris xspeed 280 paired with Fatshark Predator vs goggles. I'm finally getting good at fpv flying . So let me get to my question while you're (hopefully) still awake. Can someone give me an idea how much more range I can expect to get with a 600mw External receiver? And does it help to mount the receiver as high as I can? Thanks for you're time reading(and hopefully) answering this

Hi welcome to the forum , range will depend on lots of things but yes the higher you mount the receiver antenna the more range but also what type of antenna you use helps to so watch these videos
