Was wondering if anyone has the software/drivers for the Helimax Form 500? Seems their website is no more.
Would you know of a good flight controller to use? My problem is that evertime i go to take off, it just does a nose dive and flips over lolDoesn't seem to exist anymore. Bummer, as this is not a cheap quad. The only solution I can think of is to change the flight controller.
Wow, well okay, guess it's time to learn something new. Not like I've got anything else to do at moment. Thanks for the info.Basically any Betaflight compatible FC would work but couple things to figure out first.
1. what kind of receiver is in there? Does it use sbus or pwm or some other standardish protocol to send signals to existing FC (basically can you find the receiver module documentation). If not then looking at replacing transmitter and receiver along with FC.
2. What kind of escs in there? Again can you find manual do you know protocol they can use (most will support at least PWM but ideally would use a digital protocol like DSHOT 600). The FC needs to be connected to the escs and needs to be configured to send the right signals to the motors.
You will be better off building from scratch IMO in terms of learning this since otherwise you're needing to learn to unbuild and research and rebuild instead of following one of the many build guides on YouTube with known parts etc.
