Hello all, stumbled across this forum as I was waiting for my new quadcopter(s) to arrive. I purchased a Syma X5C-1 and a UDI 818A HD+ (yes both at the same time), both my son and I can fly at the same time.
Our goal is to learn to fly with these then start researching and building our own. From what I can tell these are decent ones to learn how to fly with.
Just wanted to introduce myself, not having any issues (besides losing one the first day - replacement here already) and we are having a blast learning how to fly them.

Welcome! Two points of advice: get used to crashing/ losing your beloved quad. And second, be VERY careful around spinning props. I've learned both the hard way. More advanced quads can put you in a hospital. But have fun learning. It's a blast!
