knows somebody how change into mode 1 to mode 2?

I don't think it's possible to "switch" modes without modifying the transmitter. The transmitter ships in either a Mode 1 or Mode 2 version.

What stick is the throttle on now, left or right? If it is on the left, that is the real mode 2.

The throttle is right. Both are in the middle.
