Hello! Total beginner here!
I have been doing a lot of research and looking at youtube videos to figure out a configuration for my first drone. Currently looking at:
250 QAV with 12 A ESCs and 2300 kV motors.
I'm currently working on a list of parts . I'm trying to figure out the best way for me to know if the battery level is low. My fear is that the drone will be high up and suddenly drop down because of this.
What would you suggest? I have heard of low voltage indicators, but if it's far away, I guess there is a chance you will not hear it? How "safe" is this option?
I've also looked into telemetry. This is definitely an option for me, but I will have my Quanum goggles on so any kind of display indication on the handheld transmitter will not work (these googles are difficult to take off, and it would probably make me lose control).
Some options are voice commands from the transmitter, or if I could get a display with the battery data, altitude etc inside the goggles? How to set up this?
I'll probably choose my transmitter/reciever based on what you suggest...
I'd appreciate advice on this.
John
