Nice does look like good practice spot even some little gates to mess with. Only thing I'd worry about there is all that tall grass but just make sure have a switch for activating beeper mode and/or vifly beeper and should be good.

Yes, a nice spot. I will return over there for sure. And no worrus about the grass. You can easy walk trough. Only weeds from a few weeks old and in case of emergency, i have a beeper switch.
