Just by looking I can tell you have your props on correct (CW & CCW), but it really acts like the motors may be switched, also have you checked that the motors are spinning the correct direction? If not swap any two of the three wires going from the motors to the ESCs. After seeing the video it does not look like PIDs, but more like a physical problem.

I could easily be a sensor in the multiwii, I was just trying to find anything simple first hahaha. If you could do a gyro test that nice.I
