Easiest build setup?

I watched a million build videos, and overall building seems pretty easy, the main part that confuses me is the PDB and flight controller. Makes zero sense no matter how much i read about it!!!

do they sell smething that is like a PDB and FC in 1 thing?

like if i could buy something that is a pdb and a FC and i could just connect it to a 4 in 1 ESC, and then connect a vtx and camera and be done?

Flight controllers are typically an independent board (unless it's a toy quad) but you can get 4-in-1 ESCs that are also PDBs

PDBs really aren't all that complicated if you think of them in terms of what they do in groups:

1.) The main power comes into it from the battery .

2.) Then there's the solder pads for the ESCs power that usually run around the perimeter of the board and are easily recognized by being so much larger than any other pads

3.) That power gets filtered and adjusted to the different voltages needed (on a good PDB anyway, some are just plain boards without any circuitry) like a regulated 12 volts and 5 volts so you'll have pins (or solder pads) for those that are usually in a group and are sometimes even clearly labeled for where they might go (Camera, VTX, RX, AUX, etc) with a further identification as to which connection is 12v versus 5 v

That's about all there is to it

I think i'll just go with CC3d because it seems to be simplest, and i can just connect battery connector to a pdb, and then all the ESC power cables to the PDB, and then the servo connectros from the ESC's to the pins on top of the CC3d and the receiver to the side of the CC3d and be done.
