Okay sounds good so what am i looking at purchasing first for the quad?the motors and props or fc or circuits ect?i have decided to either carbon fibre arms or stainless or aluminium 1/2" or 3/4" for the arms,ill make a design on the mounting brackets once i know what specs the boards are that i will be putting on.thats why i need you guys to give me advice as to what ill be using

Hi guys im looking at something like this quad,(DJI Phantom Aerial uav) but obviously ill be building my own frame what is running this quad,i just purchased my go pro hero 3

Phantom uses 920KV motors, Props offer a few different options, you can probably run 10'x4.7' props from a 920KV motor. They use the Naza flight controllers, ESCs can be anything I personally like to use 30 amp. Did I get any of this wrong?
