Clearboost 5.8ghz booster

Anyone have any input on which system (900mhz or 1.3ghz) would be better? I plan on reading up on them and trying to find out myself, but opinions are welcome!

Also makes sense. I'm not sure if Im just stubborn and motivated or stubborn and stupid. I'm nearing the point that I'm considering cutting my losses and switching frequencies. The question is whether this one more this will be an improvement or just a waste of money because I reached my possible limit with 5.8 ghz. I've been reading a lot about the distances guys are getting with 5.8 and I'm amazed. My newbie logic is that if a guy can get those distances, then surely my short distance, high penetration is possible. I probably need a radio frequency education to better understand radio waves and radiation so I can educate myself and remove my stubbornness.

Think of it in terms of sound waves. A high frequency noise like human speech isn't easily heard through objects like walls, and if it is its distorted, but you can hear that annoying kid from down the streets bass in his car from 6 blocks away

Yeah, I'm coming to grips with the fact that 5.8 will not fit my needs. Well not totally true. 5.8 is great and I can fly it a lot of places. But 5.8ghz is not worth messing around anymore. I put in a power filter yesterday and mounted my anntenas (helical and clover leaf) got a little more distance over 100 yards but then my 2.4ghz radio control cut out and I crashed. So now I need to look at upgrading radio control boosting 2.4ghz. Also I keep reading conflicting info between 900 and 1300. and the possibility that 1.3 and 2.4 could interact and cause problems.

I did find an affordable option to try instead of the 5.8 booster and instead of the $200 1.3ghz system.

....and look at uhf for radio control. I just need to find out if I can afford it and if its legal in the US. First I'm going to look at 5.8ghz booster.
