Anyone have any comments? Stumbled on it today at my Local HobbyShop. After looking for my syma x5 I lost in a tree Thursday, today I went back with a new grapple and string to get it down from the tree and it was gone. My loss.
I go to my lhs to maybe find a quad I can bind with( no luck) I see the horizon blade chroma. It's nice and I like that it's available without radio and camera as long as you use the spectrum set up. After reading reviews I'm thinking I'd like to know more about it from those who have flown one.
The biggest reason. I like it is that the lhs had plenty of parts. Just like my other RC stuff, he had tons of stuff, motors, esc, blades, landing gear, camera, FPV set ups.
Just like when I break parts on my monster truck and he has the parts right there, this guy has them in baggies hanging from peg board. I think alot of it is owed to Horizon and being the large company it is. I've heard horror stories about DJI, and others etc where you have to wait too long for simple stuff.
It's not so much that it's that specific quad, but its nice to see the support behind it, and those who are RC veterans can confirm that when a part is not available or on backorder... It really sucks and makes you regret choosing that model.
I'd like to know of more models with similar support as u have not yet made up my mind.
Anyone?
