buying a new quad

Ok so I know there is tons of "buying your first quad" topics on this site and I have read most of them. But I have a more specific question. I have owned a tarantula x6 for the past year or so and I love it. However, it uses brushed motors and I have learned to fly it well enough that the manual flips I can do with it are now boring. Not to mention it uses brushed motors and I am changing out at least 1 motor every time I fly the thing. I know it's because I am flying it hard. So my question is: Can anyone suggest a quad that can take some hard flying abuse? I want it more for acrobatics but I would also like it to be able to lift my go pro on the rare occasion I feel like playing around with some video. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would like to keep it under a hundred bucks if I can. Thanks!

Hi mate look at a 450 size frame I have a clone of the flame wheel 450 it will carry a camera and is tough if you crash hard your snap an arm but they are only about £3 each , here are some frames to look at ,you can build one really cheap or spend a little more and make it really fast

I am really considering going this route just for the fun of building the thing, but is there a parts list somewhere so I can get an idea of what all I need to buy? I'd there a kit that comes with all the required parts? Like I said I want it to be powerful and fun but need to keep it on the cheapish side of things. I wouldn't even know where to begin as far as what parts I would need. I am pretty techy so I have no doubt I can build it.

Hi you can look at what guys are flying in the 450 class and copy it or look at this it may help you get started

Just do a search on the interweb for 450 quadcopter build, you'll get tons of ideas and parts lists. I'd go for the first quad above, the ghost quad. Looks very cool and the reviews are good. I'd also get this http://www.ecalc.ch/ it's a great tool for testing your setup in theory before buying motors, batteries that don't work together.

So after watching a ton of videos and doing a ton of research this is the parts list I came up with but it really raises more questions then answers....here's why. If I build a 450 myself.

And that's not including the kk2.0 which is another 30 bucks. So basically 285 dollars for about the cheapestate way possible to build a halfway decent quality quad. But the I found this. Comes with radio. Basically a plug and play system using almost the EXACT same components for 180 plus shipping. Am I missing something here? Well it won't let me upload the screenshot but here it is.
