Best quad for the budget

Hi all and thanks in advance for your help and time.
I'm very excited about quads since i was a little kid and the technology at
that time dont allow any of what we have today. but before this become
boring, long story short, I have a 400 dollars gift card in amazon that I
received in a refund.

I read a lot and see a lot of videos since I find out this hobby and im
trying to decide what is the best I can buy with that gift card. I was
thinking a lot in a 250 fpv quadcopter and came with this outcome.

Looks like a good solid setup, the only thing I would recommend is going with Dal 5045 props instead of the Genfams. You're going to crash a lot, and the Dals take the abuse much better. Also,do you have any experience flying or is the your first quad? If so, it'll be a real handful. If so, I'd suggest getting a cheap toy grade to learn with. The U807 is still my favorite

Oh and those antennas suck, at least they did for me. I crash a lot and the mushroom cover falls off and then the turns get all bent up. Also the cover slides on the cable and smashes into the wire turns, then the reception gets worse, so if the cover hasn't fallen off you fly around with smashed wires wondering why your reception is so bad. the wires are supported and you can still see if they are bent or not.

Thanks, I'll have in mind about the Dal props, and no.. sadly I don't have any experience, in my country this things are a lot difficult and expensive to get. I was thinking the same about getting a cheap quad to learn but all I have are those 400 dollars and I think I can not get both for that price.

Thanks for all the advices.
The frame you say has some bad reviews... I dont know what to think about it...
The battery charger definitely seems to be a better option, as same as the flight controller.
And as for the FPV I only have 400 dollars in amazon, so can not buy things in hobbyking or elsewhere.

PD: I did the maths and with the frame, charger, flight controller and props that you say I have 19.79 dollars to spend in some other thing...

Thanks for the advise, but I'm an electronic technician, Im not saying Im a smarty or nothing like that, all the oposite, I know I have a lot to learn, but actually I'll like to build it myself, I think it will be very entertained and pleasent if I do it. Besides, the ARRIS X-Speed cost 350 dollars, I dont know if I can get a complete FPV receiver for 50 dollars only.
