Sup folks,
I flashed inav to my airbot f4 v5 board, seems to be working good so now I just gotta hook up a gps module.
I see a lot of these saying they're for pixhawk:
Would this work, or if not which one would be best to use on a 450 sized quad?
Thanx,
Doug.
They just say they're for the Pixhawk because of the connectors which you're going to chop off so that you can connect it to your Airbot FC. So yes, it'll work just fine
Yes I have the diagram that getfpv sends you pinned up my drone room since I own 3 of these same boards. Also be adding a blue tooth module to wirelessly connect to inav. This is getting real lol, gonna be cool!
@RENOV8R one of the pins is labeled scl/tx3 and another is sda/rx3. The question is can I hook up two wires to one pin, or do I have to use uart 6 for the tx/rx wires from the gps?
Yes, the tx/rx wires from the GPS have to go to a separate UART. And remember, on a GPS module it's reversed. TX wire on the GPS goes to RX on the flight controller and visa versa
