Anyone near Portsmouth, Ohio (far-far south in Ohio touching Kentucky)? a friend of mine described a phantom looking quad flying around where I like to fly.

I have been to Portsmouth before. I think I blinked and it was gone. lol. I grew up in a small town and I live in one now so I know the feeling.
