Anyone near Portsmouth, Ohio (far-far south in Ohio touching Kentucky)? a friend of mine described a phantom looking quad flying around where I like to fly.
 
i knew you were from somewhere in Ohio. Athens is not too far from here; you were closer than I thought.
 
I have been to Portsmouth before. I think I blinked and it was gone. lol. I grew up in a small town and I live in one now so I know the feeling.
 
You may have blinked and it was gone, but your wallet probably felt it when you got your front end realigned :).
