I have a DJI Spark, and I am very happy with it. But I live very close to an airport so I have to get a token every time I want to fly. But there is park that I live by and it is in a absolute no fly zone, no matter if I try to set the max altitude of my drone to 15 meters which is barley higher than the trees. I understand there are some crazy people who want the world burn, but I just want to video my kids playing in the park. I was looking at some jjrc drones (one that reminds me of my spark) and a fimi x8 ( I really like the gimbal's ability to have a smooth image.) I understand the limits that are forced because some people don't have self control, but what about the guys who have a clear head and are not going to fly high ?

You would be better off flying high because at least then you would have an excuse for your irresponsible drone usage.

When I fly my toy grade drone in the park that is not GPS am I breaking the law? I just want to have a nicer drone that I can fly line of sight and take videos of my family.
