Bought a Hubsan X4 107c+. Really like the Altitude hold function. Have been flying it indoors mainly. Took it outside for the 1st time this past Saturday. It was light winds, but the mini had trouble with them. Can anyone suggest a medium sized Quad with alt. hold that would do okay in light winds?

I'd suggest you went with a hobby grade 250 build then. With 300$ you could get FPV and maybe some cobra motors with a 4S power setup for good punchouts.
