That is funny stuff there. An interesting note. I changed out all of the motors to the 2212 920KV DJI motors and and the DJI30A ESCs. In this configuration with these motors it seems to have a tad bit less lifting power than the what came with the SD6 but I am getting way better flight times...

Here it is with all of the upgrades. Pretty much an F550 Y6 now. All DJI motors, ESCs, and the Graupner 10X5 props. I am getting better flight times now. Cheers,

Thanks. After flying the flat 6, I will say that the flight time wasn't really impacted and I really liked how it flies. It doesn't seem quite as sensitive to little inputs, but still responds well. I like it a lot better this way. It's also a lot less confusing to fly, very easy to tell which...
